RESEARCH ON THE ROLE OF SOCIAL CAPITAL, SELF-RESILIENCE ON THE WELL-BEING OF INDONESIAN DIASPORA IN CHINA

Beijing, September 26, 2025 – Yogyakarta State University, through the Faculty of Education, Department of Philosophy and Sociology of Education, Educational Policy Study Program, conducted a study entitled "The Role of Social Capital and Self-Resilience in the Well-Being of Indonesian Diaspora in China." This activity involved diaspora members studying at several universities in China, including Hebei University and Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College (BLCC).

The Head of the Research Team, Prof. Dr. Farida Hanum, M.Si., consisting of Dr. Ariefa Efianingrum, M.Si., Evi Rovikoh Indah Saputir, M.Pd., and Maryani, M.A., stated that this research was carried out through research collaborations with several universities in China. This research used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed using Google Forms.

This research partnership has the potential to be followed up continuously in other academic collaboration programs, such as: Advanced Research, Visiting Professor and Guest Lecture in the future.
