Effective Communication Training to Improve the Well-Being of Indonesian Diaspora in China

China, September 24, 2025 – Lecturers of the Policy Study Program, Department of Philosophy and Sociology of Education, Yogyakarta State University, conducted a Community Service (PkM) activity entitled “Effective Communication Training for Improving the Well-Being of the Indonesian Diaspora in China”. This activity was held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at BLCC. The training was attended by 25 Indonesian students who are studying Chinese at Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College (BLCC).

The Head of the PkM Team, Prof. Dr. Farida Hanum, M.Si., whose members are Dr. Ariefa Efianingrum, M.Si., Evi Rovikoh Indah Saputri, M.Pd., and Maryani, M.A., in their material emphasized the importance of effective communication to improve the well-being of the diaspora in China.

The series of activities in this PkM includes various activities designed to build awareness about the importance of effective communication as the key to building warm and harmonious relationships between them, which in turn is beneficial for improving their well-being.
